Tandoori Pasta

Kids loving recipe Tandoori Pasta..as we know kids love pasta very much.. I made it in healthy way..I used oats grain fusilli pasta..I gave tandoori touch to make it fusion and little spicy..my daughter loved it..

  • 1 cup oats flour fusilli
  • 2 big tomato puree
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 1/2 cup mix bellpepers Chopped finally.i used red green yellow orange capsicum
  • 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon chilli sauce
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne powder
  • 1 tablespoon tandoori masala
  • 1 teaspoon garlic grated
  • 1 teaspoon pasta masala
  • Salt


  • First boiled pasta as per instructions.. we have to cook 80% not full.. strain water and sprinkle olive oil and keep it aside
  • Now heat a pan add olive oil add garlic add chopped Onion add chopped bell peppers and mix well ..let it cook till it becomes soft..add tomato puree add all spices salt and tandoori masala and mix well..when puree started leaves oil..
  • Add all sauces and ketup mix well.. adjust seasoning add salt ..add pasta masala..and mix well
  • Add boiled pasta and mix well..adjust seasoning.. serve hot.. garnish it fresh chopped parsaley..
