  • 1 cup palm extract
  • 1/2 cup milk powder
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup grated coconut
  • 1 cup rice flour
  • 1/2 cup refine flour
  • 1/2 cup semolina
  • 1/2 litre milk
  • 1/2 cup ghee

How to cook Taler Patishapta (palm Wrap) Bangladeshi

  1. Take a mixing bowl add rice flour, refine flour and semolina whisk. Add milk and make smooth batter. Keep aside.

  2. Now take a frying pan heat add ghee and palm extract and grated coconut stir fry

  3. Add milk powder and sugar. Make a dough keep aside.

  4. Now take a frying pan heat brush with ghee. Add 2-3 tbsp batter and spread.

  5. Fill into the center with palm extract sweet dough and wrap from both sides. Now ready to serve.
