  • gram flour 4 cup
  • salt to taste
  • red chili pepper 2 tsp
  • turmeric powder 1+2 tsp
  • coriander powder 1/1/2 tbsp
  • dry mango powder 1 tsp
  • lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • tomato sliced 2 cup
  • baking soda 1/2 tsp
  • oil 2 tbsp+1 tbsp
  • green chili chopped 1 tbsp
  • coriander leaves chopped 1 tbsp
  • sliced onion 2 large size+ 1 large size
  • garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
How to cook?
  1. make a soft dough with gram flour 1 tsp salt,green chili,baking soda,1 tbsp oil,1 sliced onion and 1 tsp turmeric powder.

  3. now divide the dough and make the cylinders with this dough,boil the water in a large pan with 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp oil.

  5. . boil them in boiling water for 5 minutes

  7. cool and cut into small rounds

  9. . heat the oil in a pan saute the onion ,add dry spices stir 2 minutes.
  10. add tomatoes and lemon juice cook the masala till oil separates, now add the gatta/taka paisa and mix well
  11. stir 2-3 minute more then switch off the flame, garnish with coriander ,serve hot with tea.
