Ingredients
 

  • 1/2 cup Sprout Gram
  • 4 tsp Sweet Corn
  • 4 tsp Green Peas
  • 1/2 Sprout Moong
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 1 Tomato chopped, don't use the pulp
  • 3 tsp Raisin
  • 2 tsp cashews roasted
  • 3 tsp Almonds roasted
  • 2 Green Chillies chopped
  • Coriander chopped
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Orange Juice
  • 3 Black Olives
  • 1 tsp Chaat Masala
  • Black salt according to taste
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil

Instructions
 

  • Put sprouts (both moong and chana) , green peas, sweet corn into the salted water and boil for few minutes. Drain the remaining water.
  • Mix them well with Raisin, Cashew nuts, Almonds, Green Chili, Coriander, Chopped tomato, Chopped onion, Black olives
  • Black salt, Chat Masala, Lemon juice, Orange Juice, Olive oil.
  • Sprout salad is ready to eat.
