Sweetpotato Crispy Fries

Usually during fasting we tend to have lots of oily stuff ..so.. I tried out Falahari Sweet potato crispy fries which are really healthy as well as tasty during fasting days..

Ingredients
- Sweet potatoes boiled 6
- Sendha namak to taste
- Arrarot 3 tbsp
- Black pepper 2 tsp
- Ghee 3 tbsp

Instructions
- First of all boil the sweet potatoes
- Cut them into shape of French fries.
- Now mix in arrarot to fries..
- Then in a non stick pan put ghee and all these fries
- Flip them up when they become crisp on one side
- When both sides become crisp..take them out.. Sprinkle some salt and pepper on it and serve with coriander chutney.
