Trying out new recipes for my growing kid has become the everyday story. But the story has a twist that a working mom cannot try elaborate recipes. So what's the easiest way to make sure that there is Health as well as taste? I tried this 3 ingredient Sweet Potato patty and it was a successful experiment because my kid relished it.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 sweet Potato Boiled and peeled
  • 4 cubes 1 inches of cottage cheese.
  • 5 tbsp of Sooji/Rava/Semolina
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp ghee I use homemade ghee

Instructions
 

  • Take Sweet potato and mash it well.
  • Mix cottage cheese and sooji. Add Salt.
  • Make round balls and flatten it to make it like Tikki.
  • Shallow Fry it on the tava.
