Trying out new recipes for my growing kid has become the everyday story. But the story has a twist that a working mom cannot try elaborate recipes. So what’s the easiest way to make sure that there is Health as well as taste? I tried this 3 ingredient Sweet Potato patty and it was a successful experiment because my kid relished it.

1 sweet Potato (Boiled and peeled)
4 cubes (1 inches) of cottage cheese.
5 tbsp of Sooji/Rava/Semolina
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp ghee (I use homemade ghee )
Take Sweet potato and mash it well.
Mix cottage cheese and sooji. Add Salt.
Make round balls and flatten it to make it like Tikki.
Shallow Fry it on the tava.
