Ingredients
  

  • 4-5 sweet potatoes boiled and mashed
  • Sighade ka atta / kuttu flour for binding
  • 3-4 green chilli chopped
  • Sendha namak / sea salt as per taste
  • Roasted cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Chopped coriander leaves half cup

Instructions
 

  • First take a big bowl , add mashed sweet potatoes, chopped green chilli, red chilli powder, roasted cumin powder, sea salt and chopped green chillis and mix all ingredients well. Now add singhada flour or kuttu atta for binding and make a dough
  • Take small portion of mix and make round shape (or any shape of your choice ) cutlet. Make kawab with remaining dough
  • Now take a pan, add 2 tsp oil. Shallow fry these cutlets from both sides. Sweet potatoes cutlets are ready

Notes

  • You can add oats powder too for binding too if you are not on fast
