About this Recipe

After ganpati visarjan now after 15 days navratras are coming . This recipe is dedicate to all those who keeps fast on navratri.

Ingredients & Quantity
  • 4-5 sweet potatoes boiled and mashed
  • Sighade ka atta / kuttu flour for binding
  • 3-4 green chilli chopped
  • Sendha namak / sea salt as per taste
  • Roasted cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Chopped coriander leaves half cup
How to cook?
  1. First take a big bowl , add mashed sweet potatoes, chopped green chilli, red chilli powder, roasted cumin powder, sea salt and chopped green chillis and mix all ingredients well . Now add sighada flour or kuttu atta for binding and make a dough .
  2. Take small portion of mix and make round shape (or any shape of your choice ) cutlet . Make kawab with remaing dough .
  3. Now take a pan , add 2 tsp oil . Shallow fry these cutlets from both sides . Sweet potatoes cutlets are ready .

Notes

U can add oats powder too for binding too if you are not on fast .
