Cone filled with sweet potato

Ingredients
- 2 cup refine flour
- 1/2 cup semolina
- 1/4 cup besan
- 50 gms chilled butter
- 1 gms backing powder
- Salt
- Water as required
- 500 gms sweet potato
- 100 gms sugar
- 100 gms milk powder
- 100 gms chopped almond
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Instructions
- Make a dough with refine flour, semolina, began, chilled butter, backing powder and chilled water.
- Keep aside the dough for an hour in freeze. Then spread the dough and cut into strips.
- Take aluminum cone and grease with butter and wrap with strips and toast in a preheated oven at 180 degree Celsius for 20 minutes.
- After backing pull out the cone keep aside.
- Now get ready for filling. Mash potato with 50 gms refine flour
- Add ghee in a heated frying pan add mashed potatoes. Stir till non sticky. Then add vanilla essence and chopped almond.
- Let it cool and fill the cone with cooked sweet potato and cover open area with melted chocolate.
