Ingredients
- 20 Dates (soaked)
- 1 cup Sesame Seeds (Roasted, roasted sesame)
- 1/2 cup Peanuts (roasted broken grated)
- 1/2 cup Desi Ghee (clarified butter)
- 2 tbsp Sugar Powder (regular)
- 1 tbsp Coconut Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg

Instructions
- Grind the soaked seedless dates.
- Heat a pan add ghee, dates, roasted peanut, roasted sesame, sugar powder, cinnamon powder and nutmeg powder. Stir continuously until leave the pan.
- When it will non sticky then put off the flame. Wait a few seconds then apply ghee both hand. Now give shape of the dessert cool down for a few minutes. Then serve your kids this healthy recipe.
