Ingredients
- 1 cup Dates soaked chopped
- 1/2 cup Tamarind Paste
- 1/2 cup Jagerry grated
- 1 tsp Red Powder red powder
- 1 tsp Spices roasted five
- 1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 2 Whole Red Chilli
- 1 tsp Oil
- 1 tsp Ginger Powder
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste

Instructions
- Chopped the soaked dates.
- Heat a pan, add oil whole red chilli an mustard seeds. After splitter will give a spicy aroma.
- Add the chopped dates and stir a few seconds. Add jaggery, red chilli powder, ginger powder and salt. Stir again and add 1/4 cup water then cover with lid for 6-7 minutes.
- Open the lid see how it's done, then add tamarind paste and roasted five spice powder. Again cover for a minute.
- Open the lid bring to room temperature. It can be served with any meal.
Recipe Notes
It can be preserved for a month.
