A surprise door sandwich is a healthy breakfast or snack option. The name 'surprise door' means you will get a surprise when you open cute doors of sandwiches. For doors, I have used flower and heart shape bread pieces.
I have used paneer as a stuffing. this is a lovely recipe as well for us as kids love colors so I have chosen two colors red and green.
For red I have used beetroot and for green, I have used basic green chutney. so basically this sandwich is full of healthy ingredients like paneer, beetroot, and green chutney.
