Ingredients
- Sunflower seeds -3/4cup
- Black rice powder-3tbspn
- Baking soda-1/4tsp
- Cocopowder -31/2tbspn
- Flavour less oil-1tbspn
- Coconut oil-1tbspn
- Sugar syrup -1/4cup
- Cardamom powder -a pinch
- Milk - just to kneed the dough approx 1tbspn is more than enough
- Decicated coconut -few tbspns to garnish on top

Instructions
- Grind skin removed (room temperature) seed into fine powder.
- Add black rice Powder (this is made by soaking black rice In water the whole night then sun dry it and make fine powder in a mixer) to that give a quick mix
- Now add b.soda and coco powder and mix well. Make a well I'm the centre and add other ingredients.
- Now mix well and make dough if needed add little milk to kneed.. atlast add Chocolate or chocochip and mix well
- Make small balls , keep it in parchment paper and give gentle press lightly to make little flat.
- Bake in preheated oven for about 12-15 min.and take it out , let it cool sprinkle some coconut and keep it in airtight container.
Notes
Milk is just to bind don’t add too much.
