Yield / Serves
Chickpea boiled 1 Cup
Cucumber 1medium size chopped
Onion 1 medium sized chopped
Tomato chopped 2 medium size
Mint leaves 8 to 10
Green Chilly chopped 2 or according to your taste
Coriander chopped 1 tablespoon
Roasted cumin powder 1 Teaspoon
Salt according to taste
Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
Crushed black pepper 1 teaspoon
Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
Boil Chickpeas and keep aside
Take all veggies like onion, cucumber, tomato, green chilly, coriander leaves wash and slice them.
In a mixing bowl take boiled chickpeas add chopped vegetables, roasted cumin powder, black pepper, salt, lemon juice and olive oil toss them well to combine.Salad is ready Keep it in refrigerator.
Serve chilled or at room temperature
You can adjust seasoning according to your taste.
