Summer Chickpea Salad

Ingredients
- Chickpea boiled 1 Cup
- Cucumber 1medium size chopped
- Onion 1 medium sized chopped
- Tomato chopped 2 medium size
- Mint leaves 8 to 10
- Green Chilly chopped 2 or according to your taste
- Coriander chopped 1 tablespoon
- Roasted cumin powder 1 Teaspoon
- Salt
- Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
- Crushed black pepper 1 teaspoon
- Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
Instructions
- Boil Chickpeas and keep aside
- Take all veggies like onion, cucumber, tomato, green chilly, coriander leaves wash and slice them.
- In a mixing bowl take boiled chickpeas add chopped vegetables, roasted cumin powder, black pepper, salt, lemon juice and olive oil toss them well to combine.Salad is ready Keep it in refrigerator.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature
