Ingredients
 

  • 1 cup Chickpea boiled
  • 1 medium Cucumber size chopped
  • 1 Onion medium sized chopped
  • 2 Tomato chopped medium size
  • 8 leaves Mint
  • 2 Green Chillies chopped or according your taste
  • 1 tbsp Coriander chopped
  • 1 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper crushed
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice

Instructions
 

  • Boil Chickpeas and keep aside
  • Take all veggies like onion, cucumber, tomato, green chilly, coriander leaves wash and slice them.

  • In a mixing bowl take boiled chickpeas add chopped vegetables, roasted cumin powder, black pepper, salt, lemon juice and olive oil toss them well to combine.Salad is ready Keep it in refrigerator.
