Ingredients
- 1 cup Chickpea boiled
- 1 medium Cucumber size chopped
- 1 Onion medium sized chopped
- 2 Tomato chopped medium size
- 8 leaves Mint
- 2 Green Chillies chopped or according your taste
- 1 tbsp Coriander chopped
- 1 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Black Pepper crushed
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice

Instructions
- Boil Chickpeas and keep aside
- Take all veggies like onion, cucumber, tomato, green chilly, coriander leaves wash and slice them.
- In a mixing bowl take boiled chickpeas add chopped vegetables, roasted cumin powder, black pepper, salt, lemon juice and olive oil toss them well to combine.Salad is ready Keep it in refrigerator.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature
