Ingredients
- 2 Cup Chana (soaked in water for 6 - 8 hours kala)
- 1 tsp Jeera
- Pinch asafoetida (asafoetida)
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder (turmeric powder)
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- 2 Green Chillies (chopped)
- to Chilly Powder (according taste)
- 1 tsp Dry Mango Powder (dry mango powder)
- 2 tbsp Coriander (chopped)
- 1 tbsp Oil

Instructions
- Soak kala channa in water and keep aside for 6 to 8 hours. Add kala channa in pressure cooker along with 5 cups of water and a teaspoon of salt. Now pressure cook this for 25 to 30 minutes on low flame or till it is cooked properly. Once it is cooked
- In a pan, add cooking oil after a minute add jeera, pinch of hing, haldi powder, salt , chilly powder chopped green chiles and mix it well
- Now add boiled kala channa to this, cook it for 5 to 6 minutes
- Now add boiled kala channa to this, cook it for 5 to 6 minutes
- Serve it with puri and halwa
