Ingredients
 

  • 2 Cup Chana soaked in water for 6 - 8 hours kala
  • 1 tsp Jeera
  • Pinch asafoetida asafoetida
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder turmeric powder
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • 2 Green Chillies chopped
  • to Chilly Powder according taste
  • 1 tsp Dry Mango Powder dry mango powder
  • 2 tbsp Coriander chopped
  • 1 tbsp Oil

Instructions
 

  • Soak kala channa in water and keep aside for 6 to 8 hours. Add kala channa in pressure cooker along with 5 cups of water and a teaspoon of salt. Now pressure cook this for 25 to 30 minutes on low flame or till it is cooked properly. Once it is cooked
  • In a pan, add cooking oil after a minute add jeera, pinch of hing, haldi powder, salt , chilly powder chopped green chiles and mix it well
  • Now add boiled kala channa to this, cook it for 5 to 6 minutes
  • Now add boiled kala channa to this, cook it for 5 to 6 minutes
  • Serve it with puri and halwa
