Suji Pasta Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 tblspn oil
- 3-4 chopped garlic
- 1 onion cut in medium size
- 1 to mato cut long/lengthwise
- 1 capsicum cut in medium size
- Rawa/Suji pasta 2 small bowl
- Pepper powder half to one tblspn
- Red chilli flakes 1/4 tsp
- Salt
- Olive oil optional
- Cumin seeds jeera-optional
Instructions
- Heat about 2 & half cup of water in a broad vessel.
- Add the pasta in the boiling water & add little oil to avoid pasta from sticking.
- Cook it for about 3-5 mins and strain the water from pasta and set aside.
- Heat the oil in a broad non-stick pan, slightly crush the cumin seeds and add.
- Add garlic, after it turns brown add onion,tomato and capsicum.
- Saute it for 2-3 mins and add pasta.
- Add the red chilli flakes, pepper & salt.
- Mix well and saute on a medium flame for 3 mins.
- After that, spread little olive oil from the top and saute for 1 min.
- The recipe is ready to eat in about 20 mins.
