Suji Pasta Recipe

  • 1 tblspn oil
  • 3-4 chopped garlic
  • 1 onion cut in medium size
  • 1 to mato cut long/lengthwise
  • 1 capsicum cut in medium size
  • Rawa/Suji pasta 2 small bowl
  • Pepper powder half to one tblspn
  • Red chilli flakes 1/4 tsp
  • Salt
  • Olive oil optional
  • Cumin seeds jeera-optional


  • Heat about 2 & half cup of water in a broad vessel.
  • Add the pasta in the boiling water & add little oil to avoid pasta from sticking.
  • Cook it for about 3-5 mins and strain the water from pasta and set aside.
  • Heat the oil in a broad non-stick pan, slightly crush the cumin seeds and add.
  • Add garlic, after it turns brown add onion,tomato and capsicum.
  • Saute it for 2-3 mins and add pasta.
  • Add the red chilli flakes, pepper & salt.
  • Mix well and saute on a medium flame for 3 mins.    
  • After that, spread little olive oil from the top and saute for 1 min.
  • The recipe is ready to eat in about 20 mins.
