Ingredients & Quantity
  • 1 tblspn oil
  • 3-4 chopped garlic
  • 1 onion (cut in medium size)
  • 1 tomato ( cut long/lengthwise)
  • 1 capsicum (cut in medium size)
  • Rawa/Suji pasta (2 small bowl)
  • Pepper powder (half to one tblspn)
  • Red chilli flakes (1/4 tsp)
  • Salt to taste
  • Olive oil (optional)
  • Cumin seeds (jeera-optional)
How to cook?
  1. Heat about 2 & half cup of water in a broad vessel.
  2. Add the pasta in the boiling water & add little oil to avoid pasta from sticking.
  3. Cook it for about 3-5 mins and strain the water from pasta and set aside.
  4. Heat the oil in a broad non-stick pan, slightly crush the cumin seeds and add.
  5. Add garlic, after it turns brown add onion,tomato and capsicum.
  6. Saute it for 2-3 mins and add pasta.
  7. Add the red chilli flakes, pepper & salt.
  8. Mix well and saute on a medium flame for 3 mins.      
  9. After that, spread little olive oil from the top and saute for 1 min.
  10. The recipe is ready to eat in about 20 mins.
