Sugar - free chanar payesh I made this payesh without any sugar. Natural sweetness is not harmful. We can add coconut milk, dates, honey, coconut and nuts. To make the thickness I added little bit semolina.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bowl milk
  • 1 tablespoon semolina
  • 1 tablespoon coconut chopped
  • 1 tablespoon nuts
  • ½ cup chena cubes
  • ½ teaspoon green cardamom powder
  • Pomegranate for garnishing

Instructions
 

  • Just boil the milk and keep on stirring with adding semolina. Slowly it will be thickened add chopped fresh coconut, nuts and green cardamom.

  • After then put off the flame add chena cubes and garnish with sweet pomegranate.
