Stuffed Tomatoes is very different side dish which can be served along with main course.

Ingredients
- 3 pcs Tomatoes remove the core and seeds from the center
- ½ Cup Onions chopped
- ½ cup Paneer cottage cheese, mashed
- Salt as per Taste
- Red chili powder as per Taste
- Garam Masala as per Taste
- Cumin seeds powder as per Taste

Instructions
- In a microwave safe bowl, add little oil and onions. Microwave it at full power for 3 mins.
- Once done, add cheese and all seasonings. Microwave for 2 min at full power. Stuffing for tomato is ready.
- Add the stuffing in the hollow tomatoes.
- Place the tomatoes on multi-purpose tawa. Drizzle little oil on tomatoes.
- Place high rack in microwave and place the tawa on it. Microwave it on charcoal mode.
- Once done, flip the tomatoes and microwave for 1 min. Serve stuffed tomatoes with chapatti or bread.

- Remove the skin of the tomato, if you want.
