Today I am presenting ravioli basically it is an Italian dish to which I made in indian style and make a desert .This ravioli is filled with mava stuffing and served with rabri sauce

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon ghee
- 1/4 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon rose water
- 2 drops of pink colour
- 1/2 teaspoon if rose essence
- For mava filling---
- 1/2 cup mava
- 1/4 teaspoon powder sugar
- Pinch of cardmon powder
- 1 teaspoon chopped nuts
- For rabri---
- 1 glass milk
- 2 teaspoon cornflour
- 1/4 cup powder sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon rose water
- For serving---
- Chopped nuts
- 1 teaspoon rose syrup
- Rose petals
- 1 teaspoon Cardmon powder

Instructions
- Take flour and sugar in a bowl.take ghee in a bowl and add pink colour.add ghee in flour and add essence and rose water.and mix all of them.make dough by adding milk as required.and keep it covered
- For mava filling--- Grate mava and roast it in a pan .Then let it cool add sugar and nuts.now roll down dough for ravioli.cut with a cookie cutter in desired shape.make balls of mava mix.place1 ball on 1 disc and cover it with 2 nd disc,seal edges.
- For rabri sauce--- Heat milk in pan add cornflour in 2 tsp milk and mix finely.as milk thicken add cornflour and sugar.stir continuously.don'tmake too thick.add rose water in it.
- For serving--- Take a plate and add rabri sauce.then add ravioli in it.take rose syrup and spread it in plate randomly.garnish with rose leaves and nuts.sprinkle Caedmon powder.serve cold
