stuffed capsicum with keema.. ingredients; beef(minced)-50gms onion-2 finely chopped red chilly powder-1tbsp turmeric powder-1/2tbsp green chilly-4nos chopped coriander-a small bunch chopped garam flour-2 cup ginger garlic paste-2tbsp baking soda -a
cut the capsicum in half lengthwise through the stalks and remove the seeds.keep aside.
For making the keema fry:
1.heat 1tbsp of oil in a pan,add onion fry till they trun brown add ginger garlic paste saulte well.
2.add minced meat ,red chilly powder,turmeric powder,coriander leaves,green chilly and salt.mix well
3.add little water and cook till all water drain out.
for making the batter:
1.take gram flour in a bowl add baking soda,reqd salt,a pinch red chilly powder and turmeric powder into it.
2.now add water in to the bowl and mix them until it trun into a batter.
3.now stuff the capsicum with the keema
4.now dip the stuffed capsicum into the gram flour batter.
5.now add the dipped capsicum into the heated oil.
6.simmer the stove and fry the capsicum still it trun golden brown.
:-remove the capsicum in serving plate
:-serve hot as side dish.
