Ingredients
  

  • 2 piece regular bun
  • 1 big potato boiled and mashed
  • 2 tsp onion paste
  • 1/2 tsp garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp mix herbs
  • Salt
  • Mozzarella cheese to cover
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 2 tsp oil

Instructions
 

  • Take a pan heat oil add onion and garlic paste stir till brown then add mashed potato, salt, lemon juice and black pepper. Mix well together.
  • Take bun scoop inside will half hollow inside. Mix the scooped with mashed potato and mix herbs.
  • Now brush with butter inside and fill the bun with cooked potato. Cover with mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake for five minutes in a preheated oven at 160 degree Celsius

Notes

Serve with tomato sauce and spread basil chilli flakes.
