Ingredients
- 1 piece Bottle Gourd
- 1 cup Green Vegetables chopped
- 2 tbsp Flour
- 1 tsp Garlic chopped
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 2 tbsp Mustard Sauce
- Oil for shallow fry
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste

Instructions
- Peal off the bottle gourd skin then boil. Scoop the centre portion.
- Heat a pan with 1 tbsp oil then add chopped garlic then saute. Add chopped vegetables salt and garam masala powder. Cover with lid, cook until soft.
- Then fill the cooked veggies inside bottle gourd. Make a batter with gram flour, salt and garam masala. Batter should be thick of consistency just to lock both ends.
- Then shallow fry the stuffed bottle gourd turn all sides to be fried. Keep in a serving platter and cover with mustard sauce. Then cut in pieces and serve.
