Ingredients
- 2 wheat bread slices
- 2 egg
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 onion slices
- Season with salt and pepper
- Garnish with fresh chill and coriander

Instructions
- Add butter in a hot pan, add onion slices. Pour beaten eggs then bread slice. Turn other side add another bread slice.
- Again pour beaten egg and flip other side. Season with salt and pepper. Cut diagonally and serve with green chilli and fresh coriander leaves.
