Chicken Pop

This recipe is good for snack. Children, younger and elder most of them like this.

  • 500 gm minced chicken
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • Chicken masala
  • 1 tsp Ginger paste
  • 2 tsp garlic paste
  • 1 egg bitten
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Piri piri masala
  • Oil for dip fry
  • Salt


  • Take a mixing bowl add minced chicken, red chilli powder, black pepper powder, salt, ginger, garlic paste, chicken masala, egg, lemon juice and bread crumbs.
  • Mix properly and give small ball shape. Then keep in freeze for 15 minutes. Then dip fry and sprinkle with piri piri masala.


Serve with tea/coffee.
