Salads are good and important for people who want to diet but will you always go for same boring ingredients like cucumber, onion and tomatoes are story of past. Now its time to do something different and play with color, ingredients and bring in variety. If you are planning to go on Diet and yet have healthy options which are tasty too. Try this salad. Healthy need not be tasteless and boring, it can be made interesting like this salad.

Ingredients & Quantity
  • 10 peices of strawberry
  • Handful of pomegranate seeds
  • Handful of green seedless grapes
  • 4-5 basil leaves
  • Bunch of parsley
  • Few leaves of Coriander
  • 2 slice of apple (Chopped into small cubes)
  • 2 table spoon of lime juice
  • Salt
  • 5- 6 Peppercorn (Crushed)
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil

How to cook?
  1. Mix all the fruits and green leaves together.
  2. Weightloss - Strawberry Salad
  3. Mix salt, lime juice, olive oil and crushed peppercorn
  4. Add this to the fruits mixture.
  5. Let it sit for 30 mins and serve cold.
