Recipe Notes
Additional Tips
- For an extra-chilled experience, freeze the strawberries and mint leaves before blending—this intensifies the flavor and creates a smoothiesque texture without diluting the drink as ice would.
- If you want a sparkling twist, replace half of the ice with chilled soda water or lemon-lime soda just before serving; this adds light effervescence while enhancing the tangy notes.
- To make an elegant presentation, rim your serving glasses with a mixture of powdered sugar and rock salt, then garnish each drink with a mint sprig and a thin strawberry slice on the rim.
- For a vegan or lower-sugar version, swap refined sweeteners with a splash of date syrup or agave nectar, which pairs deliciously with the fruit and citrus flavors without overpowering them.
