A very simple but delicious dessert that can easily be pre-made, to save on last minute hassles.

Ingredients
- *Strawberry compote 2-3 tablespoon
- 50 gm homemade cream cheese
- 50 gm Amul Fresh cream
- 50 gm Non dairy whipped cream
- 2 tablespoon icing sugar
- 1 tablespoon of bloomed gelatin Optional
- For the Compote- 1 cup diced strawberries
- 1/2 cup Sugar increase if strawberries are very sour
- 1/2 lemon’s juice

- Whisk gently the compote to make a smooth paste.Keep aside. Drain the liquid part of the fresh cream by straining it. Let it stand for 10 minutes so that maximum liquid is drained off. Chill it.
- Add 1 tablespoon icing sugar and whip it to soft peaks. Whisk the cream cheese and add 1 tablespoon icing sugar to it too. Mix up the Chilled cream, cream cheese and whipped cream. Take individual dessert bowls.
- Put in 1 tablespoon of this mix in each bowl. Set in fridge for about 30 minutes till bit firm. Add in 1 tablespoon of the strawberry compote.
- Set in fridge for sometime so that it also firms up. Again put in the cream mixture as a top layer and chill. Prepare each bowl in a similar way. Serve chilled.
- *HomeMade Strawberry Compote steps- In a non stick pan, combine all 3 Keep it on low flame and stir frequently. After 5 mins, mash the berries lightly. In about 10 minutes the mixture will thicken. Do the jam test.
- Put a drop on a cold plate.Run a finger through the centre. If the opening remains, its done. If not, cook just a bit more.
- When done, let it cool completely in the pan. Pour in a clean jar and store in the fridge. Remove as needed with a totally clean and dry spoon.
