Sticky Chia Brown Rice With Sunny Side Up Egg

Ingredients
- Brown rice boiled 1 cup
- Capsicum cubes ½ cup
- Tomato Cubes ½ cup
- Sesame oil 2 tsp
- Chia seed 2 tsp
- Vegetable stock 1 cup
- Soya sauce 4-5 drops
- Salt

Instructions
- In a small saucepan , stir together vegetable stock, capsicum and tomatoes cube and 2 tablespoon of chia seeds and let cook it about 20 min (Makes about 2/3 cup vegetables- chia gel).
- Add the rice and stir for about 30 seconds.
- Add Soya sauce and Salt.
- Cover and cook until rice is steaming hot and has a sticky consistency, about 4 min.
- Take another pan add few drops of oil, Add the egg and cook until the desired doneness, such as Sunny Side up about 4 mins.
- Serve hot Steaming Sticky Chia Brown rice with Sunny Side- Up.
- Garnish with some chia seeds.
