About Steamed Rajgira
Steamed RajgiraRajgira is an amazing food for weight loss. In hindi it is called ramdana. Amaranth is high in protein and it has nutrients like calcium, iron, magnesium phosphorus and potassium. It has low calorie and it is gluten free.I made the recipe as a healthy breakfast. Just make a paste with soaked rajgira, poppy seeds, peanuts and fresh coconut. Then add salt to taste. Spread banana leaf on steamer and put the batter as much as you can. Close with a lid after 15 minutes ready to serve. Can be served chutney or sambhar.
