For The shahi Sauce-1/4cup tomato puree,1 tbsp tomato ketchup,2tbsps brown onion pasre 2tbsps cashewnut powder,salt and red chilli powder to taste ,1tsp fresh cream
For The Paneer Dumplings--1cup grated lowfat paneer, 2 tsp refined flour or wheat flour,2 tsp rolled oats, 1/4 tsp baking powder,salt and white pepper to taste
For Stuffing - 1/4 cup finely chopped and cooked mixed vegetables of choice(carrot,peas,capsicumOr any ),1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 2 tsp finely chopped green chillies, ,salt and white pepper to taste
Other Ingredients for garnish -2tsp prepared butter+redchilli powder tarka,red chilli flakes,chopped coriander leaves,tomato flower
For The shahi Sauce- Combine all the ingredients of gravy in a broad non-stick pan and mix well. Bring to boil, while stirring continuously and keep aside .
For The Paneer Dumplings-Combine paneer with salt ,pepper powder, refined flour or wheat flour, rolled oats and baking powder.blend well. Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions.
Combine all stuffing ingredients.Fill1tsp of stuffing in paneer portions and seal well . Thus make all paneer dumplings(small round balls).
Steam the balls in a steamer for 5 to 7 minutes,Arrange hot shahi Sauce-in a platter.Arrange steamed paneer dumplings over sauce.
Garnish with butter+redchilli powder tarka,red chilli flakes,chopped coriander leaves,tomato flower.
do not compromise with tarka and cream for taste.
