Steam food is highly nutritious. Steam cooking helps in preserving the fibre, colour, texture and flavors of vegetables. It is also helps preserving the water soluble vitamin B and C, potassium, phosphorus and zinc. Now a days people are health conscious. Steaming our food is best way to ensure that we are eating healthy food. Being Indian we always keep fast to reduce our fat, but that is not a proper way. We should eat low carb and keto diet that will be more effective for loosing weight. If we consume low fat cheese or soya cheese that will be more better. Here I mixed all the ingredients with cottage cheese then wrapped with banana leaf and cooked in a steamer.
