Spiralize carrots and onions on a spiralizer
Slit green chillier length wise
Chop corriander finely
Take 1/2 teaspoon oil and add all the ingredients. Stir fry for around a minute. Add salt and mix well
Dry Toast peanuts, roughly crunch them and add for garnishing
