    Spinach roties are a good source of protein and carbs. So best for your kids.

    Ingredients
      

    • Spinach 1 cup Chopped
    • Salt to taste
    • Blackpepper powder 1tsp
    • Multi grain flour 1cup
    • Ghee as you like

    Instructions
     

    • First of all make a dough .
    • Wash Chopped spinach.
    • Take a lemon size dough and roll it a little bit. Place spinach as you like.
    • Sprinkle a little bit salt and Blackpepper, close it .
    • Again roll it lightly with dry multi grain flour.
    • Cook from both sides on a pre-heated tawa.
    • Now cook directly on the flame from both sides.
    • Spread ghee and have it with butter or chutney.
