  • 1 cup Spinach chopped
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • 1 tsp Blackpepper Powder 1Tsp blackpepper powder
  • 1 cup Multi Grain Flour
  • Desi Ghee as you like


  • First of all make a dough .
  • Wash Chopped spinach.
  • Take a lemon size dough and roll it a little bit. Place spinach as you like.
  • Sprinkle a little bit salt and Blackpepper, close it .
  • Again roll it lightly with dry multi grain flour.
  • Cook from both sides on a pre-heated tawa.
  • Now cook directly on the flame from both sides.
  • Spread ghee and have it with butter or chutney.
