Ingredients
- 1 bunch Spinach medium
- 3 Potatoes boiled
- 1/2 cup Bread Crumbs
- 1 Onion finely chopped
- 3 Green Chillies
- 1 leaves Coriander tbspn
- 1/2 Chaat Masala tspn
- 1/2 Dry Mango Powder tspn
- 1/4 red chili powder tspn
- 1/2 Garam Masala tspn
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- Garnishing or curd curd for
- Oil for shallow frying
- 1-2 drops Few Drops Of Lime Juice of juice

Instructions
- Cook Spinach till the water completely evaporates . cool it and then grind it into thick paste
- To it add boiled and mashed potatoes.
- Add the remaining ingredients except curd and oil..
- Make round shape and flatten it. Make a shape of patties/ tikkis.
- Shallow fry them with little oil
- Garnish with curd and coriander leaves
Recipe Notes
When the mixture is sticky you can add up more bread crumbs
