  • Clean the chicken, remove the skin and cut into pieces
  • 1tsp red chili powder, salt, ginger paste, and garlic paste apply this to the chicken pcs and leave it for half an hour.
  • Take yogurt in a bowl, add red chili powder, salt, lemon juice, garam masala powder coriander powder and mustard oil.
  • Cardamom powder clove powder chat masala mix well.
  • Apply this marinade to the chicken pcs. Put the chicken onto the skewer and roast in the tandoor or oven.
  • When chicken is almost done, baste it with oil, roast again till done.
  • Remove chicken from Skewers and then place in bowl Sprinkle some chat masala and lemon juice tossed well
  • Serve chicken tikka with mint chutney and onion rings with lemon wedges

Recipe Notes

  • Leave the chicken for marination atleast 4 to 5 hour.
