Ingredients
- 750 gm chicken Bone Less
- 3 No Lemon Juice
- 1 cup Yogurt Hang Curd
- 1 tsp Garlic Paste
- 1 tsp Ginger paste
- 2 Tsp Kashmiri red chili powder
- ½ Tsp Garam Masala Powder
- 1/4 tsp Coriander Powder
- Pinch Cardamom Powder
- Pinch Clove Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Chat Masala
- 2 Tsp Mustard Oil
- Oil For Basting
- Salt

Instructions
- Clean the chicken, remove the skin and cut into pieces
- 1tsp red chili powder, salt, ginger paste, and garlic paste apply this to the chicken pcs and leave it for half an hour.
- Take yogurt in a bowl, add red chili powder, salt, lemon juice, garam masala powder coriander powder and mustard oil. Cardamom powder clove powder chat masala mix well.
- Apply this marinade to the chicken pcs. Put the chicken onto the skewer and roast in the tandoor or oven. When chicken is almost done, baste it with oil, roast again till done.
- Remove chicken from Skewers and then place in bowl Sprinkle some chat masala and lemon juice tossed well
- Serve chicken tikka with mint chutney and onion rings with lemon wedges
Notes
leave the cicken for marrination atleast 4 to 5 hour
