Ingredients
- 750 gm Chicken bone less
- 3 no Lemon Juice
- 1 cup Yogurt or curd hang curd
- 1 tsp Garlic Paste
- 1 tsp Ginger Paste
- 2 tsp Red Chili Powder Kashmiri
- ยฝ tsp Garam Masala
- 1/4 tsp Coriander Powder
- Pinch Cardamom Powder
- Pinch Clove Powder powder
- 1/2 tsp Chaat Masala
- 2 tsp Mustard Oil
- Oil for basting
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste

Instructions
- Clean the chicken, remove the skin and cut into pieces
- 1tsp red chili powder, salt, ginger paste, and garlic paste apply this to the chicken pcs and leave it for half an hour.
- Take yogurt in a bowl, add red chili powder, salt, lemon juice, garam masala powder coriander powder and mustard oil.
- Cardamom powder clove powder chat masala mix well.
- Apply this marinade to the chicken pcs. Put the chicken onto the skewer and roast in the tandoor or oven.
- When chicken is almost done, baste it with oil, roast again till done.
- Remove chicken from Skewers and then place in bowl Sprinkle some chat masala and lemon juice tossed well
- Serve chicken tikka with mint chutney and onion rings with lemon wedges

- Leave the chicken for marination atleast 4 to 5 hour.
