Ingredients
  

  • 6 nos raw banana
  • 1 Large boiled potato
  • Salt
  • Red chili powder 2 tsp
  • Chopped green chili 1 tbsp
  • Chopped coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Dry mango powder 1 tbsp
  • Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  • Roasted cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Cornflour 1 tbsp
  • Oil for frying
  • Green chutney 1 tbsp.
  • Green chutney for serving

Instructions
 

  • Boil and grate the banana, mash the potato.
  • Take a large bowl mix salt,chilly powder,green chilly,coriander,dry mango powder ,ginger paste,garam masala chutney ,cornflour with grated banana and potato, make a smooth mixture.
  • Divide the mixture into equal portion and make the balls.
  • Heat the oil in a wok and fry the balls till golden.
  • Serve hot with green chutney.
