Ingredients Â
- 1/2 litre milk
- 3-4 rasgulla
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 tsp rice flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp green cardamom powder
- Few saffron threads
- Raisin and cashew nuts

InstructionsÂ
- Boil the milk with bay leaves and green cardamom. Stir continuously it should not stick to the bottom.
- Add raisin and cashew nuts. Slowly it will thickened then add the paste of rice flour soaked saffron. After a few seconds see the consistency.
- Put off the flame add sugar. Let the kheer for normal temperature, squeeze the rasgolla and drop into the kheer. Rasgolla will soaked the kheer and serve after half an hour.
Notes
Don’t put the rasgulla in the boiling milk.
Milk will curdle immediately.
