Spaghetti In Mango Sauce ( A Dessert With Pasta )

Ingredients
- 2 cup cooked spaghetti
- 1 cup finely chopped mango cubed
- FOR MANGO SAUCE - 1 ripe mango finely chopped
- 1 drop oil
- Half cup water
- 3 teaspoon white sugar
- FOR CARAMEL SYRUP- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 drop oil
- Little water

Instructions
- For the mango sauce- 1 - combine the mango cubes , water and oil in a nonstick pan and cook till the mango turns soft and shiny .
- 2 - mash the mango mixture using a spatula until it is nice and saucy . Transfer to a bowl and keep in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes.
- For the caramel syrup - combine the sugar , water and oil in a non stick pan and cook until sugar starts becomes brown .
- How to proceed - in a big serving bowl combine the speghetti and caramel syrup and mix well . Pour the mango sauce and mango cubes over it. Keep into refrigerator for about 15 minutes. Serve chilled
