Ingredients
  

  • Soya chunks 1 cup
  • Oats 1 cup
  • Chopped green chili 1 tbsp
  • Chopped coriander 1 tbsp
  • Salt
  • Red chili powder 2 tsp or to taste
  • 1 Large size boiled potato
  • Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  • Bread crumbs 1 tbsp
  • Oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • soak the soya chunks and oats in water for 1/2 an hour.
  • Now squeeze the excess water .
  • Add all spices and mix well together .make the tikkis .
  • Heat a griddle and shallow fry the tikkies till golden with applying the oil .
  • Serve with green chutney or tomato sauce ....
