Easy simple and nutritiosious wada made from jowar. Its very famous in gujraat side.. it is also called at desai wada.

Desai vada or jowar wada_x000D_ I call it sorghum (milo) fritters_x000D_ Easy simple and nutritiosious _x000D_ Method _x000D_ 2cup jowar flour_x000D_ 1cup rava wheat flour if u don't have...u can use 1/2 cup chickpea flour ( basan ) i used basan._x000D_ 1/2 urad powder (if u dont have just soak the urad dal for few hours and grind it to paste and add ) ..it makes the wada crispy _x000D_ 1spoon sesame seeds... 1spoon roasted fenugreek powder. . Haldi n mirchi powder...salt...1spoon chilli paste and 1spoon ginger paste. .. 1/2 cup curd... mix it well...if too dry add slight water. The batter is ready...keep it overnight or at least 5-6 hours.._x000D_ Now add 1/2 tea spoon baking powder. Mix n keep for 10mins.. now deep fry them...remove on towal paper to soak the oil._x000D_ You can serve this with chatney. .sause or even rasam or sambhar.
