Ingredients
  

  • 15-20 dried apricots Khubani
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3/4 cup sugar or jaggery
  • salt and red chilli powder to taste
  • 1/2 tsp black salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp garam masala powder
  • 2 tsp roasted methi and saunf powder

Instructions
 

  • Boil the khubanies in salted water till soft.
  • Drain.Mix orange juice, lemon juice, sugar or jaggery, salt, black salt, black pepper and red chili powder. Cook with khubanies for 5-10 minutes or until little liquid is left.
  • At last mix garam masala powder roasted methi and saunf powder. Cook for 1 minute. Cool and fill in dry bottle.
  • Cook for 1 minute. Cool and fill in dry bottle.

Notes

if u want to keep it for years ,add some vinegar.i made with leftover apricots and it was hit.I keep it in freeze and after 2 months it is fresh.
