Ingredients
- 15-20 Apricots khubani dried
- 1 cup Orange Juice
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 3/4 cup Jagerry or sugar sugar or
- to red chili powder or salt salt and taste
- 1/2 tsp Black Salt or pepper and pepper
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 2 tsp Fenugreek or saunf roasted and saunf powder

Instructions
- Boil the khubanies in salted water till soft.
- Drain.Mix orange juice, lemon juice, sugar or jaggery, salt, black salt, black pepper and red chili powder. Cook with khubanies for 5-10 minutes or until little liquid is left.
- At last mix garam masala powder roasted methi and saunf powder. Cook for 1 minute. Cool and fill in dry bottle.
- Cook for 1 minute. Cool and fill in dry bottle.
Recipe Notes
if u want to keep it for years ,add some vinegar.i made with leftover apricots and it was hit.I keep it in freeze and after 2 months it is fresh.
