- 1/2 kg jackfruit
- 2 onion sliced, large
- 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
- 1 tablespoon coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 tablespoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 4 cloves
- 2 green cardamom
- 1 teaspoon fenugreek seeds
- 2 tablespoon oil for frying + 1 tsp
- 1/2 sprig coriander leaves chopped for garnishing

- wash and slice the jack fruit and wash one more time .
- heat the oil and fry the jack fruit golden
- now add remaining oil saute the fenugreek seeds,cardamom, add ginger,garlic paste .
- saute the onion slice golden ,add turmeric,chili,coriander powder and cook the spices
- add fried jack fruit Sim the heat and cook it for 10 minutes.
- add lemon juice,garnish with coriander leaves ,serve hot with paratha...
