  • 8 piece Paneer
  • 8 piece Capsicum
  • 8 piece Tomato
  • 4 piece Mushroom
  • 1/2 cup Curd
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper crushed
  • 1/2 cup Tomato Sauce
  • 2 tsp Olive Oil
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • 4 Water bamboo soaked in
  • 1/2 cup Cream fresh


  • Take a mixing bowl marinate all the above mentioned ingredients with black pepper, salt, curd and olive oil.
  • Take a frying pan heat. Take bamboo stick and prick all the marinated veggies serially.
  • Now sauteed with olive oil and serve in a plate. Take charcoal pieces put on fire will become red.
  • Pick up the burning charcoal in metal bowl. Put the bowl in the center of the plate. Pour one tsp butter in the burning charcoal immediately cover with a empty bowl. After a minute open the lid will feel buttery smoke.
  • Serve with fresh cream and tomato sauce.
