Ingredients
- 8 piece of paneer cubes
- 8 piece of capsicum
- 8 piece of tomato
- 4 piece of mushroom
- 1/2 cup curd
- 1 teaspoon black pepper crushed
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 2 teaspoon olive oil
- Salt
- 4 bamboo soaked in water
- 1/2 cup fresh cream

Instructions
- Take a mixing bowl marinate all the above mentioned ingredients with black pepper, salt, curd and olive oil.
- Take a frying pan heat. Take bamboo stick and prick all the marinated veggies serially.
- Now sauteed with olive oil and serve in a plate. Take charcoal pieces put on fire will become red.
- Pick up the burning charcoal in metal bowl. Put the bowl in the center of the plate. Pour one tsp butter in the burning charcoal immediately cover with a empty bowl. After a minute open the lid will feel buttery smoke.
- Serve with fresh cream and tomato sauce.
