Ingredients for Sizzler Veg

  • 8 pieces of paneer cubes
  • 8 pieces of capsicum
  • 8 pieces of tomato
  • 4 pieces of mushroom
  • 1/2 cup curd
  • 1 tsp black pepper crushed
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 4 bamboo soaked in water
  • 1/2 cup fresh cream

How to cook Sizzler Veg

  1. Take a mixing bowl marinate all the above mentioned ingredients with black pepper, salt, curd and olive oil.
  2. Take a frying pan heat. Take bamboo stick and prick all the marinated veggies serially.
  3. Now sauteed with olive oil and serve in a plate. Take charcoal pieces put on fire will become red.
  4. Pick up the burning charcoal in metal bowl. Put the bowl in the center of the plate. Pour one tsp butter in the burning charcoal immediately cover with a empty bowl. After a minute open the lid will feel buttery smoke.
  5. Serve with fresh cream and tomato sauce.
