Ingredients
- 1 cup Noodles big
- 1 cup Paneer
- 1 pinch Food Colour
- 1 cup Cabbage
- 1 cup Carrot
- 5 Garlic
- 1 cup Onion
- 1 tsp Ginger
- 5 gm Roasted Gram 5 Tsp roasted
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 2 tsp Mutton or masala masala powder
- 3 Red Chillies
- 5 tsp Oil
- 2 tsp Salt or as per taste

Instructions
- In pan boil water.add salt and food colour.after 10 min add big noodles.cook well till noodles gets soft.In pan heat oil add paneer cubes fry it.cook well and set aside.
- In pan heat oil fry onion.cook for 10 min in low flame.after take it and keep it aside.now Add chopped cabbage fry it well after take it and keep it aside .now add carrot and garlic.fry it well.keep aside.
- In mixer add roasted gram,mutton masala powder,red chilli.grind it well.now In pan heat oil add grounded masala powder and garlic,fry it for a second.
- Now In bowl add noodles,masala powder,fried carrot, garlic,onion.add paneer cubes mix it well.serve it hot.yummy spicy siyahiko paneer attho is ready to eat.
