Singhare ka halwa Chestnut flour is more nutritious than any other alternative flour. This flour is counted in during fasting period.
It is slightly sweet and gluten free flour. I made halwa with jaggery and coconut milk. This dessert can control your hungry.

Ingredients
  

  • 100 gm chestnut flour
  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • 2 tbsp dry nuts
  • 2 tbsp raisin
  • ½ tsp cardamom powder
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • Jaggery as per taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat the pan add ghee then add chestnut flour. Roast until aroma come out.
  • Add dry nuts, raisins, cardamom powder and jaggery as per your taste. Mix evenly then put off the flame.

  • Now slowly drop coconut milk, stir continuously and again heat to absorb the milk. Now ready to serve.
