Classic Sindhi Pakode to go with a steaming cup of tea....!!

Ingredients
- 1 small onion finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon whole coriander
- 1 cup Besan
- ½ teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1 tablespoon green coriander leaves finely chopped
- 2 green chillies chopped finely
- Oil for deep frying.
- Water to make batter
- Salt

Instructions
- Add all ingredients except the oil and water to Besan. Add water to make semi- thick batter. Heat oil for deep frying. Add 1 tablespoon hot oil to the pakoda batter and mix well.
- Put in Big heaped tablespoon batter in the oil at medium flame. Make round big pakodas.
- Half fry them only. Now from each big pakoda make 5-6 small pakodas and fry again. Serve hot with Pav and green coriander chutney.
