Radish purify blood and kidney. Good for urinary system. We get fresh radish in winter season.

Ingredients
- 4 radish
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 2 tablespoon mustered oil
- 2 teaspoon couscous seeds
- 2 green chilli chopped
- Fresh coriander chopped
- Salt

Instructions
- Cut radish into 1 inches long. Take a frying pan heat and add mustered oil. Add couscous seeds, chopped radish, turmeric powder and salt. Sauteed and close the lid with low flame.
- After ten minutes open the lid add chopped green chilli and fresh coriander leaves. Serve with steam rice/ chapati/ paratha.
Notes
We should practice eating radish daily raw or cooked.
