I always favour simple diet and this is one of them. I used the organic green vegetables from Prasuk farm. They are very good just like homegrown. They're chemical free, fertilizer free and we can also save cooking time. We should always try to consume organic food so we can keep away from doctor. I am displaying here a very simple recipe, that is called aloo bhate is one of my favourite. Steamed rice and dal should be hot and this is the excellent combination. I added raw onion if anyone has objection they should not add.

Ingredients
- 2 medium size boiled potato
- 1 onion chopped
- Green chillies chopped
- Chopped fresh coriander
- 1 tablespoon mustard oil
- Salt

Instructions
- Boil potatoes and mash.
- Chopped fresh onion, green chillies and fresh coriander leaves.
- Mix all together with salt and mustard oil.
- Serve with steamed rice and simple dal
